Project Synopsis: This joint pilot program will focus on getting new cyber capabilities, resulting from high-risk, high-reward cyber science and technology (S&T) research, into the CYBERCOM software ecosystem. Constellation will create a user-directed, incremental, iterative pipeline; and the framework and means to provide the virtual and physical infrastructure, people, relationships and contracts necessary to bridge the gaps among S&T, research and development, operational warfighting capabilities, and evolving cyber threats and mission needs.
