DOT&E was offered a unique opportunity by The American Society of Naval Engineers to serve as the guest editor of the Special Double Issue, Spring 2024, No 1 and 2, of Naval Engineers Journal. DOT&E worked with the Acquisition Innovation Research Center and contributing partners from across academia, government, industry, to codify, in more than 30 articles, outstanding insights and ideas related to pioneering a new future for test and evaluation.
