     This forum will explore research problems and challenges related to engineering systems, networks and services based on autonomic computing, self-adaptation and self-organization principles.  Among other topics, presentations will address novel modeling techniques to help understand mapping from local behavior to global behavior and vice-versa, which are key to understanding, controlling and designing emergent behavior in autonomic systems.
