Supporting DOT&E since 2005, Ms. Lisa Perez is performing the duties of (PTDO) Deputy Director of the Cyber Assessment Program under the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E). In this role, Ms. Perez is responsible for the strategic oversight, execution, funding, and modernization of a program directed to provide comprehensive assessments of the cybersecurity posture at each Combatant Command and Service. Ms. Perez’s leadership emphasizes alignment of program resources with Department requirements, the development of strategies to address emerging cyber threats, and the establishment of collaborative frameworks with DoW stakeholders, industry, and academia. Ms. Perez is also responsible for critical Program activities with U.S. Special Operations Command.
