National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine (NASEM) consensus study report: Analysis of Potential Interference Issues Related to FCC Order 20-48. (September 2022)

Per Section 1663 of the Fiscal Year 2021 National Defense Authorization Act, NASEM conducted an independent technical review of the impact to DoD devices, operations and activities of Federal Communications Commission Order 20-48, which authorized Ligado Networks, LLC, to deploy and operate a low-power, terrestrial, nationwide radio network.  Read the full report here and the NASEM press release here
